Windows Won't Start?

Boot loops, recovery screens, black screens and failed updates can be caused by Windows corruption, storage problems, drivers or hardware faults.

Important:

If the drive is clicking or contains critical unbacked-up data, avoid repeated restart attempts until the storage risk is assessed.
