Booking requests

Submitting the form creates a service request, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm technician availability, service type, timing and expected charges before attendance or paid work.

Diagnosis and approval

Initial suggestions, estimated time and likely causes are preliminary. A technician must inspect the device and obtain your approval before repair work, parts purchases or data-changing actions.

Pricing and parts

Published prices are starting prices. The final cost can vary with travel, time, complexity, access requirements and parts. Required parts are quoted separately unless clearly included in writing.

Backups and data risk

Technology work can involve inherent data risk. Tell us when data is critical and whether a current backup exists. We may recommend a backup or specialist recovery assessment before other work.

Remote and onsite support

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the device, premises, accounts and systems involved. Appointment windows may change because of traffic, earlier jobs or unexpected repair complexity; we will communicate material changes.

Payment and disputes

Payment terms are confirmed with the quote or invoice. If something is unclear, contact us promptly so we can review the service record and agree on a practical next step.
